TGCG Appoints Former Akwa Ibom Governor Victor Attah Chairman, National Council of Elders

The Game Changer Group (TGCG) has appointed former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, H.E. Obong Victor Attah, as Chairman of its National Council of Elders.

 

The appointment letter was formally presented to the elder statesman on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at his residence in Uyo by a delegation of the group led by its Director-General, Alhaji Bolaji Raji.

 

Speaking during the presentation, Raji highlighted Obong Victor Attah’s record of visionary leadership and extensive experience in public service, noting that his wisdom and wealth of knowledge would be invaluable in advancing TGCG’s commitment to national unity, progressive governance and leadership development.

 

In his response, Obong Victor Attah described the appointment as a “call to service”, expressing his willingness to contribute to the organisation’s vision and mentor the next generation of Nigerian leaders.

 

The National Council of Elders is expected to provide strategic guidance and advisory support to the organisation as it pursues its objectives.
